We’ve rolled out several improvements through BannerVanta 0.71.5, focusing on reporting, site management and member account controls.
What’s new for members
My Network: See which sites hosted your banners, with impressions, clicks and click-through rates broken down by banner and hosting site.
Site and banner filters: Narrow reports to a particular site or banner.
All-time reporting: View retained traffic beyond the standard 7-, 30- and 90-day periods.
Lifetime history: Compare saved impression and click totals with retained delivery records, including sites with no traffic.
My Codes: Banner placement codes now have their own section and menu links.
Overview and Statistics: Added performance cards, daily charts, per-banner results and filtered CSV downloads.
Site and banner deletion: Members can remove their own sites and banners through confirmation controls.
What’s improved for administrators
Expanded Manage Member controls for account details, sites, banners, categories, placements and account preferences.
Direct controls for adult-content labels and adult-banner hosting, without logging in as the member.
Site suspension with a reason, plus approval and banner review controls.
Clearly accessible, confirmed permanent customer-account deletion.
Session revocation, authenticated two-factor reset and account close/reopen controls.
Manual Pro membership controls, allowance overrides and audited credit adjustments.
Circular avatars in the Accounts list, alongside member IDs, join dates, site/banner counts and account status.
What we fixed
Fixed a timing issue that could prevent the banner visibility notification from being sent when an embedded frame loaded slowly.
Corrected reports to count clicks by their click date, independently of the impression date.
Updated banner-host history to include retained records previously excluded because they involved sites under the same account or had missing host details.
Moved lifetime history directly beneath the host report in the left column.
Improved table scrolling and summary-card layouts.
Added editable adult-content categories and required an explicit category choice when adding a site or banner.
Adult-content settings
Adult-content checkboxes are off by default for new sites and banners. Existing saved choices remain intact. Adult categories also affect classification, so an unchecked label alone does not override an adult category.
A note about traffic totals
External-network totals cover traffic attributed to other members’ sites. Lifetime history also includes retained same-account activity, so these totals can differ. Historical same-account records do not grant permission for self-exchange or additional credits.
We’re still investigating reports of zero qualified impressions despite recorded clicks. The reporting improvements make existing records visible; they do not reconstruct missing impressions or award historical credits.
If something looks wrong, please include the affected site/banner, selected reporting period and a screenshot when posting a support report.
