Description

Bug Reports adds a dedicated bug-tracking workspace to your Forovanta community. Members can report problems with software, add-ons and themes using a structured form that captures the affected version, operating system, reproduction steps, expected results, actual behavior and error logs.

Each report receives a reference number and becomes a discussion thread in your chosen bug forum. Screenshots appear directly in the opening post, and members can continue the conversation through normal forum replies.

Administrators can review reports, update their status, reply publicly or privately message the reporter from the Bug Reports Admin screen. Keep your community informed as issues move from Open to Confirmed, In Progress, Fixed or Cannot Reproduce.

Bug Reports is a premium paid add-on for the Forovanta PHP starter edition.
